Pasta Sisters feels like stepping into a small, cozy trattoria you might stumble upon while wandering through the streets of Florence. The design is simple with wooden tables, homey touches, and a few seats at the small counter. The Culver City location is bigger than the one location on Pico Boulevard. The open kitchen setup allows you to watch the magic happen in the kitchen with chefs making fresh pasta and sauces.
Pasta is the star here with everything made in-house daily. The noodles have a perfect al dente texture and the flavors are fresh and deeply satisfying. Whether it’s their simple Cacio e Pepe, their rich and creamy Fettucine Alfredo, or the indulgent Pappardelle Bolognese, each dish feels like a celebration of the Italian tradition.

We opted for the delicious Carbonara, which they only serve in house and won’t let you take it to go because it will compromise the flavor. The freshly made pasta combined with the guanciale and cheese make this a must order dish. We took home some of the Bolognese sauce which was equally delicious.
