The Best Spot for Cheap Eats in 15 Major U.S. Cities considers both menu pricing and Yelp customer reviews and was compiled by online lender CashNetUSA.

Overall, customers gave Joe's 4.67 stars on a 5.0 scale.

Located just blocks from Universal Studios Hollywood, Joe's calls itself "a celebration of Mediterranean cuisine."

"The chicken shawarma was absolutely fabulous," one Google reviewer said, while another described the restaurant as "worthy of the overwhelmingly positive reviews."

CashNetUSA also named Nopalitos in Sacramento as California's best budget-friendly find.
