Search On For Hit-And-Run Driver Who Crashed Into LA Food Truck
The driver fled on foot after the crash, which ejected a woman from the food truck, police said.
LOS ANGELES, CA — Authorities on Tuesday asked for the public's help identifying a hit-and-run driver who crashed into food truck parked on Pico Boulevard, causing a 50-year-old woman inside to be ejected from the vehicle.
The crash occurred on Oct. 4 at around 12:55 p.m., when a white Nissan Pathfinder was driving westbound on Pico Boulevard, one block west of Fairfax Avenue near Hayworth Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The driver of the Pathfinder rear-ended the food truck. "The impact caused one of the occupants of the food truck to be ejected onto the roadway," police said.

The driver, described only as female, fled the scene on foot, police said.
Paramedics transported the victim to a local hospital in stable condition, police said.
