'Seinfeld' Food Truck Rolls Into Los Angeles With Sitcom-Themed Eats
The "Seinfeld" food truck is coming to Los Angeles this weekend. Here's where.
LOS ANGELES — Snickers bars eaten with a fork and knife? Chicken that's spicy just as George [Costanza] likes it? Get ready, Los Angeles: The "Seinfeld" food truck just rolled into the city for a three-day stay Friday with foods themed after the famed sitcom.
"Mark your calendar and come on down for some sweet and savory Seinfeldian treats," the account tweeted.
The truck planned to stop at The Grove on Friday, in front of Topman/Topshop from 10 a.m. through 10 p.m.

On Saturday, it would park at Abbot Kinney (Giant Wheel Court) from noon through 6 p.m., and then again at Irvine Spectrum from noon through 6 p.m. Sunday.
The truck features sitcom snack favorites such as muffin tops and a big salad.

The show featured numerous food references, as one Twitter user pointed out. This includes: Babka, O'Henry bars, Kung Pao Chicken — George likes his chicken spicy — gyros ($3, no change), Snickers bars with a fork and knife, Poppie's pie, mulligatawny, Drake's coffee cakes, Entenmann's cake, PEZ candies, Kenny Rodger's chicken, special of franks 'n beans, salty pretzels, Ovaltine, homemade paella and muffin tops, for those who don't like the "stumps."
