Stolen French Bulldog Reunited With Owner After 2 Years
"His mom never gave up searching for him."

LOS ANGELES — A beloved French bulldog is back with his owner after two years apart.
Four-year-old Havoc was stolen by a driver passing near his owner’s home in January of 2023, according to reports.
On March 12, the pair were reunited with the help of Apple Valley Animal Shelter in San Bernardino County, which was able to confirm Havoc’s identity because his microchip was current, the shelter posted on Facebook.

“His mom never gave up searching for him,” the post said. “It was a tearful and heartwarming reunion and just goes to show, microchips can work miracles.”
Havoc’s owner, North Hollywood resident Yasmine Haezart, quit her job for months to search for her dog, hiring cadaver dogs to track him, posting flyers and taking to social media, KTLA reported, adding she helped reunite five missing or stolen French bulldogs with their owners in the process.

Haezart's own dog escaped captivity and was taken to the shelter in Apple Valley, according to the outlet.
“I never stopped looking,” she told KTLA. “I never stopped keeping his name alive and reminding people that he’s still out there and still missing.”
