A domestic dispute in LA County involving a Samurai sword has led one woman to be booked on suspicion of murder.
SAN DIMAS, CA — A 44-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with a domestic dispute involving a Samurai sword in San Dimas, authorities said Wednesday.
Investigators were called to the 300 block of South Huntington Avenue, between Arrow Highway and Cienega Avenue, around 3:30 p.m. Thursday regarding a fatal stabbing, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Lt. Daniel Vizcarra.
Deputies on Wednesday said their investigation revealed that Weichien Huang and her wife, Chen Chen Fei, 47, were arguing at their home before Huang attacked her with a sword.

"Fei's mother was also attacked and severely injured; however, was able to gain control of the sword and fled the residence looking for help,'' deputies said.
Deputies last week described their response to the scene: When they arrived, they found one woman walking down the street, leaving a blood trail from multiple cut and stab wounds and carrying a sword. She laid the her sword and put her arms in the air when she saw the deputies. She took deputies inside a house where they found another woman suffering from severe stab wounds, the department said.
