The brush fire was seen smoldering at 8:24 a.m. in Los Alamitos, according to authorities.
LOS ALAMITOS, CA — A brush fire was reported in Orange County Friday morning, authorities said.
The fire was seen smoldering at 8:24 a.m. on the side of the 605 Freeway, near the 405 connector, in the City of Los Alamitos.
It was not immediately known how big the fire was.

As of 9:15 a.m., the brush fire had been doused.
