Endangered Missing Teen Last Seen In Orange County

Anyone who sees a missing 19-year-old woman last seen in Westminster Monday is urged to call 9-1-1.

WESTMINSTER, CA — The California Highway Patrol issued an Endangered Missing Alert for a 19-year-old woman last seen in Westminster Monday evening.

The alert was blasted across cell phones in Orange County, urging people to call 9-1-1 if they see or know the whereabouts of Savannah Ceballos, who was last seen at 5 p.m. Monday and is believed to be on foot.

"If located, do not approach," the CHP warned. "Contact law enforcement."

A watch commander at the Westminster Police Department told Patch Ceballos is not believed to be armed or dangerous, adding that he was not able to release additional information about the case. The alert was sent about three hours after Ceballos was last seen.

Ceballos is described as 5'5, and weighing 180 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a tan sweatshirt, gray shorts and sandals, according to the CHP.
