Recipes, Inspiration on Twitter from Frieda's Specialty Produce

Specialty-produce retailer Frieda's is holding a Twitter party full to talk about health, wellness and nutrition, according to the Los Alamitos-based business' website. The event will go from 5-6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15. Just use hashtag #HealthyNewYear.

Hosts include The Produce Mom, Chiquita Banana, Partnership for a Healthier America, Harvest Snaps, Nature Fresh Farms and others who will offer recipes and inspiration.

Frieda's will also be giving away a #PowerofPurple box during the party.
