Fifteen of them were placed on the market in the past week.  They range from a $495,000 two-bedroom, 1.5 bath condominium at 1070 Mercedes Avenue, a quiet cul-de-sac in north Los Altos, to a six-bedroom, six-bath home at 12400 Melody Lane in Los Altos Hills listed at $6,390,000. There are a few homes that have seen price reductions this week, including 1448 Fowler and 999 Loraine Avenue.
