Traffic Collision

9:47 a.m., S. El Monte Avenue and Interstate 280; traffic collision with minor injuries, referred to Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office. The initial first call of a major-injury accident was dowgraded to a minor-injury accident, said Sheriff's Office Deputy Don Morrissey. The two-car accident apparently took place on northbound El Monte, just past the stop sign.

Driving on Suspended License

10:08 a.m., S. Springer Avenue and Riverside Drive; driving with a suspended/revoked license, driver cited to appear and released
