Police Calls: Signage Issues, Fender Benders
The Los Altos Police department had a busy Oct. 15, with minor traffic collisions, counseling individuals on sign display, and chasing after dogs.

Oct. 15 saw six traffic collisions, two animal calls, two disturbances, and two tows from the Foothill Crossign shopping center.

- 3:40 p.m., Almond Avenue ad San Antonio Road, San Antonio Road, traffic collision with minor injuries, report was taken
- 4:24 p.m., S. El Monte Ave., Collision, property damage only, officer assisted with name exchange
- 5:24 p.m., 200 block of S. El Monte Avenue Foothill Expressway exchange; traffic collision, property damage only, cancelled by reporting party prior to officer’s arrival
