Parking Violation Complaint

• 8:48 a.m., 100 block of Second Street, parking violation, citation issued
• 11:01 a.m., Plaza Central & First Street, parking violation, vehicle owner contacted, vehicle moved

Collision

• 8:50 a.m., N. San Antonio Road & Mt. Hamilton Avenue, traffic collision, property damage only, report taken
• 9:52 p.m., Foothill Expressway & Edith Avenue, major injury accident, officers responded, report taken
• 12 midnight, Foothill Expressway & Edith Avenue, non-injury accident, officers responded, assistance rendered

Municipal Code Call

• 9:29 a.m., 1575 Holt Avenue (Grant Park),  municipal code violation, dog off leash, gone on officer’s arrival
• 2:07 p.m., 1400 block of Wessex Drive, municipal code violation, removal of heritage tree without permit, action stopped by officer, resident referred to planning department
• 2:48 p.m., 2310 Homestead Road, municipal code violation, unlicensed solicitor – subject with a non-profit organization so no permit required, agreed to move on; information only

Animal Call

• 12:08 p.m, Magdalena Avenue & Foothill Expressway, off-leash dog, officer checked area and was unable to locate
• 5:08 p.m., Palm Avenue & Sheridan Avenue, loose dog, officers checked the area and were unable to locate

Outside Agency Assist

• 12:32 p.m., 4900 block of El Camino Real, assistance given to Santa Clara County Mental Health

Recovered Stolen Vehicle

• 2:07 p.m., 600 Fremont Avenue, recovered stolen vehicle, San Jose Police handling

Noisy Animal

• 2:50 p.m., Parma Way & Covington Road, barking dog causing noise disturbance, officer unable to locate
• 5:12 p.m., 800 block of Parma Way, barking dog causing a noise disturbance, no one home, message left, information only at this time
• 6:21 p.m., 800 block of Parma Way, barking dog complaint, misdemeanor citation issued

Burglary

• 5:44 p.m., 1900 block of Helen Court, residential burglary, cold report

Disturbance

• 8:49 p.m., 1900 block of Alford Avenue, disturbance, officers responded, assistance rendered
