Bay Area Air Quality Forecast: Moderate To Good

As of late Monday afternoon, no "Spare the Air" alerts had been issued for the week.

SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, CA — Air quality is expected to be moderate to good throughout most of
the Bay Area through Wednesday, according to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District.

Some high ground-level ozone levels are expected in some parts of the Santa Clara Valley and the Interstate 680 corridor and points east of that, according to the air quality district.

Moderate levels of particulate matter are expected in areas along the Pacific Coast from Moss Beach north
into Marin County, including San Francisco and Oakland.
