Driver Crashes On San Jose Freeway After Seizure

SAN JOSE, CA -- A driver crashed Sunday on a San Jose-area freeway after having a seizure. The crash was reported around 11:17 a.m. on southbound Highway 101 near the Hellyer Avenue off-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP incident log reported a white Honda crashed into a wall on the right-hand side.

An ambulance was called to the scene as it was reported the driver had a seizure when he crashed.

No other information was immediately available.
