SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CA — A fatal crash early Friday morning involving a pedestrian has snarled traffic on southbound Highway 101, the California Highway Patrol said.
Two southbound lanes were closed at McKee Road as of 8:18 a.m., according to the CHP.
The McKee off-ramp was also closed.

The collision was first reported at 5:24 a.m. on southbound Highway 101 north of McKee Road.
The pedestrian died in the collision.
