Hillary Clinton Schedules San Jose Appearance This Week

SAN JOSE -Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is scheduled to attend a San Jose "organizing event" this Thursday, May 26, according to information provided by Clinton campaign officials.

Clinton will continue campaigning in California ahead of the June 7 Democratic presidential primary.

The San Jose Organizing Event is scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. at Parkside Hall, 180 Park Ave, in San Jose.

Organizers say doors will open to the public at 11:30 a.m.

Clinton is scheduled to appear in Salinas on Wednesday, the day before her San Jose appearance.

Campaign officials say Clinton will ask Californians for their support and urge them to go out and vote on Election Day.

Officials say Clinton is also likely to discuss income raises for California families, lowering health care costs, improving education, and "break(ing) down the barriers that hold too many Americans back."
