Los Gatos Council To Hold Retreat Saturday
The retreat includes discussions on councilmembers' decision-making styles and what their visions are.
LOS GATOS, CA — The Los Gatos Town Council will hold a retreat on Saturday to develop values, norms and principles and share decision making and visions for the future.
Former town manager Debra Figone and communications professor Dr. Shawn Spano will facilitate the meeting.
The retreat, scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the town’s emergency operations center, includes discussions on councilmembers' decision-making styles and what their visions are. There will also be an exercise surrounding values, norms and principles.
