LOS GATOS, CA — Firefighters responded Friday morning to a report of a gas leak at Los Gatos High School, but found no gas or broken line.
Campus was cleared for students and staff to return, the Santa Clara County Fire Department said in a tweet around 11:30 a.m. A gas leak was reported at the school at 9:15 a.m.
Firefighters use high-sensitivity gas monitors to check for flammable gasses in and around campus buildings, according to the fire department.
