Los Gatos To Host Study Session On Affordable Housing

LOS GATOS, CA — The Los Gatos Town Council is holding a study session on affordable housing on Wednesday.
The study session, which was requested by several residents, will be held in conjunction with the planning commission and Housing Element Advisory Board. It will feature a panel of experts who will discuss the “nuts and bolts” of affordable housing, according to the staff report.
The panel will be moderated by Josh Selo, the executive director of West Valley Community Services. It will feature Barbara Kautz of Goldfarb Lipman Attorneys, Don Caprobres of Harmonie Park Development, Andrea Osgood of Eden Housing and Chris Neale of The CORE Companies.
