5/30/2016 1904 hours 
15600-blk Los Gatos Boulevard 
Officers responded to a vandalism at an abandoned building. The reporting party heard breaking glass and yelling from the building. Upon their arrival, officers determined that the building was unoccupied. A message was left for the property management.

5/31/2016 0808 hours 
16900-blk Roberts Rd
Officers responded to a fraud. The victim obtained a signed contract to provide athletic training and later determined the situation to be fraudulent. 

5/31/2016 1528 hours 
Lark/Highway 17 offramp
Officers responded to a non-injury collision. Other drivers had alerted the driver of the involved vehicle that there was a fire under his engine compartment. The driver pulled over and collided with a pole when he realized his brakes had failed. As he exited the vehicle, the vehicle became fully engulfed. The offramp and onramp were closed for approximately 1 hour. 

6/1/2016 0041 hours 
Los Gatos Boulevard/Nino 
Arrest: 27 year old female, resident of San Jose 
Charges: Possession of methamphetamine, violation of probation 
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determine that the passenger was on searchable probation. A search yielded a clear plastic bag of methamphetamine. The suspect was arrested and transported to Main Jail. 

6/2/2016 0009 hours 
Hacienda/Dell 
Arrest: 36 year old male, resident of Campbell 
Charges: Possession of methamphetamine, under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license 
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined the driver to be driving on a suspended license. The driver was also determined to under the influence of narcotics, and was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and a pipe. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail. 

6/3/2016 0553 hours 
16100-blk Hillvale Ave 
Officers responded to a residential burglary. Unknown suspects entered the occupied residence by cutting a bathroom window screen. The victim’s vehicle and wallet were stolen. 

6/3/2016 1951 hours 
Daves/Via Caballero 
Arrest: 51 year old male, resident of Monte Sereno 
Charges: DUI, hit and run 
Officers responded to an unknown injury collision involving a single vehicle and the guard rail. Witnesses reported that the driver had fled on foot. He was located at his residence, arrested, and transported to Main Jail. 

6/3/2016 2003 hours 
16100-blk Kennedy Rd 
Officers responded to a trespassing incident. Multiple juveniles were located inside of a vacant residence that is listed for sale. While officers stood by vacating the home with the assistance of the realtor, approximately 50+ vehicles arrived. The parties all had been given the address by a promoter on social media. 

6/4/2016 1226 hours 
400-blk N. Santa Cruz Ave. 
Arrest: 48 year old female, transient 
Charges: Vandalism 
Officers responded to a report of a subject defacing two cat statues. The suspect was cited and released.
