Los Gatos Police Blotter, June 16-18: Vandalism, Residential Burglary
The following arrest information was provided by the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Narcotics/Under the Influence
- Joseph Francisco Nigro, 53, 1:03 p.m. June 16, at 423 No. Santa Cruz Ave., was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on suspicion of being under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Vandalism
- A vandalism occurred at the Los Gatos Hobee's Restaurant at 3:53 p.m. June 16.
Assault/Domestic Violence
- Joe Zelaya, 67, 7:16 p.m. June 16, on Daves Avenue in Monte Sereno, was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on suspicion of domestic violence.
Found Property
- Found property was reported at 8:04 p.m. June 16 at the Los Gatos Post Office, 101 So. Santa Cruz Ave.
- Found property was reported at 2:50 p.m. June 18 on Bachman Avenue and was turned into police for safekeeping.
Residential Burglary
- A Highland Oaks Drive home was broken into and miscellaneous items were stolen at 10:26 a.m. June 17.
- A residential burglary was reported at 6:27 p.m. June 18 on Overlook Road.
Stolen Vehicle
- A vehicle was reported stolen at 11:48 a.m. June 17 on Amanda Lane.
Warrant Service
- Kathleen Robinson, 53, a transient, 9:30 p.m. June 17, at the 7-Eleven at 657 No. Santa Cruz Ave., was arrested for an outstanding warrant after she was reported sleeping outside the store for several hours.
- Jonathan Dario Antonio Gonzales, 21, 1:45 a.m. June 18 at Saratoga-Los Gatos Road, was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Santa Cruz County. Two other subjects with him in a vehicle at Saratoga-Los Gatos Road in Monte Sereno were released after the investigation was completed, according to a police report.
Bike Theft
- An online report of bike theft was made at 6:09 a.m. June 18 at Lundy Lane and W. Main Street.
Petty Theft
- An online report of petty theft was made at 6:42 a.m. June 18 on Roberts Road.
- A property damage accident was reported at 2:56 p.m June 18 at Hernadez and Peralta avenues.
Abandoned Vehicle
- A vehicle was reported abandoned at 2:48 p.m. June 13 on Harding Avenue.
Truant Juvenile
- A juvenile suspect who is a habitual truant and who's been notified about the consequences of truancy on numerous occasions was contacted by police at 3:34 p.m. June 18 on High School Court.
Missing Juvenile
- An online report of a missing juvenile was made at 6:07 p.m. June 18 at 499 Loma Alta Ave.
