Los Gatos Police Blotter, May 24-27: Men Arrested With Heroin, Meth

Petty Theft

• A bike was reported stolen from the carport area of an apartment complex on Roberts Road after thieves cut its cable lock between 7 and 9 a.m. Friday, May 24.
• A customer consumed food items while shopping, but left the store without paying for the items at 5:46 p.m. May 25 at 720 Blossom Hill Blvd.
• An incident of petty theft was reported at 8:10 p.m May 25 on Camino Del Sol. 
• An incident of petty theft was reported at 1:46 p.m. May 27 on Lynn Avenue. 
• A vehicle theft was reported at 2:14 p.m. May 27 on Oka Road.
  

Vandalism

• An incident of vandalism was reported at a Winchester Circle apartment complex at 12:51 p.m. May 24.
• An online report of vandalism was made at 5:54 p.m. May 24 at Calle Marguerita.
• An unknown suspect vandalized the front display glass window at Williams Sonoma, 122 No. Santa Cruz Ave. at 2:22 p.m May 27.
  

Safekeeping

• Two rifles were turned into the Los Gatos/Monte Sereno Police Department for safekeeping at 3:23 p.m. May 24.

Grand Theft

• A bike theft was reported at 470 No. Santa Cruz Ave. at 5:35 p.m. May 24.
• Mail theft was reported at 5:41 p.m. May 26 on Oka Road. The suspect used a stolen check to commit a forgery.

Residential Burglary

• A residential burglary was reported at 6:42 p.m. May 24 at 693 Bicknell Road.

DUI

• Andrew Kazumi Tomlinson, 26, was arrested at 12:47 a.m. May 25 at No. Santa Cruz Avenue and Los Gatos-Saratoga Road on suspicion of DUI.

DUI Accident

• Daneli Therese Giertych, 21, was arrested on suspicion of DUI after being involved in a minor traffic collision at 1:58 a.m. May 25 at 200 W. Main St.

Commercial Burglary

• Christian David Newmark, 20, was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on suspicion of entering the Safeway grocery store at 15549 Union Ave. in Los Gatos with the intent to steal items.

Criminal Threats

• A report of possible verbal criminal threats was taken at 10:31 a.m. May 26 on Kennedy Road.

Possession

• Matthew Todd Rouli, 25; and Ralph Joseph Martinez, Jr., 26, were arrested on suspicion of being in possession of marijuana in a vehicle and being in possession of methamphetamine.
• Jesse Len Norman, 22; and Jacob Marshall Mahoney, 18; were arrested on suspicion of being in possession of heroin and methamphetamine at 2:55 p.m. May 26 at Roberts Road and George Street.
  

Missing Persons

• A man was reported missing at 6:51 p.m. May 26 on W. Parr Avenue, but he was later located.
• A missing juvenile was reported at 12 noon May 27 at an undisclosed location in Los Gatos. 

Public Intoxication

• A man with a no-alcohol clause in his probation was extremely intoxicated and causing a disturbance at 9:15 p.m. May 26 at the Los Gatos Lodge, 50 Los Gatos-Saratoga Rd.
