Los Gatos Rotary District To Host International Women's Day Event

The event, hosted by Rotary District 5170 in San Jose, will celebrate women's achievements in leadership roles.

LOS GATOS, CA — The Los Gatos branch of Rotary International’s Rotary District will take part in hosting an International Women’s Day event on Sunday.

The event, hosted by Rotary District 5170 in San Jose, will celebrate women’s achievements in leadership roles. Speakers will include Aparna Bawa, the chief operating officer of Zoom, and Ahmad Thomas, the CEO of Silicon Valley Leadership Group.

The schedule includes a reception, program, wine and appetizers and a rotary project fair.

All attendees must either provide proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within the last 72 hours.

The event takes place at the Rotary Summit Center at 88 South 4th Street in San Jose from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tickets cost $50 each.
