Obstruction of Justice

• A 43-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 11:15 a.m. June 24 in Los Gatos for misdemeanor resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $21,000.

• A 19-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 5:57 p.m. July 8 at Beardsley and Black roads in Los Gatos for felony inflicting corporal injury on spouse, cohabitant.

• A 60-year-old Watsonville man was arrested at 3:30 a.m. July 9 at Hebard Road and Highway 17 in Los Gatos for two misdemeanors related to contempt of court. Bail set at $6,000.

• A 49-year-old Los Gatos man was arrested at 11:30 a.m. July 14 on Laurel Drive in Los Gatos for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of controlled substance and re-arrest for probation violation.
• A 61-year-old Los Gatos woman was arrested at 10 a.m. July 16 at Oakmont Drive and Old Santa Cruz Highway for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, giving false information to peace officer, unlawful registration with intent to deceive, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of a controlled substance. Bail set at $14,000.

• A 32-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 2:20 p.m. July 20 on Bayview Drive in Los Gatos for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked. Bail set at $5,000.
