The Los Gatos Union School District (LGUSD) recently joined forces with Sched, an event management software, to deliver its Professional Development Days.

Rhonda Beasley, the district’s Director of Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment said, “Sched is easy to use and saves me a lot of time, which has a quantifiable financial impact on my organization. I can’t tell you how freeing it was to abandon the spreadsheets and use a program that’s exclusively designed around all aspects of planning a great event.”

Today, the district serves approximately 2,650 students from transitional kindergarten through to eighth grade students. With the help of Sched, LGUSD devised a program centered around social and emotional learning, literacy, equality, creativity, project-based learning, technology, and the district's data system.
