ME Seeks Help Identifying Man Found Dead In San Jose
The medical examiner's office is seeking assistance in identifying a man who died in San Jose earlier this year.

SAN JOSE, CA — The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner is turning to the public for help identifying a man who was found dead in San Jose earlier this year.
According to the ME's office, investigators believe the man was unhoused and living in a storage trailer in a parking lot outside a vacant business on 2150 Del Franco Street. His body was discovered on June 27.
The man is described as 6 feet tall with an average build. Unfortunately, due to postmortem changes, the Medical Examiner was unable to determine his hair and eye color, or whether the man had any tattoos or scars.

He was wearing a dark-colored zip-up jacked with an undershirt and black or purple winter pants, with dark-colored jeans and thick black socks.
The ME's office asks anyone with information that could help identify the man to contact the investigations unit at 408-793-1900. A positive identification will allow the ME to notify his family members.
