• Virtual reality opens doors for seniors to build connections in real life (dailyherald.com) — Residents at The Terraces retirement community in Los Gatos are using virtual reality headsets to “travel” the world together, sparking conversation and new friendships. The program, powered by VR firm Rendever, lets seniors revisit childhood neighborhoods, explore national parks, and enjoy concerts, while researchers study how such technology can ease isolation and support cognition in older adults.
