Pilates Studio, Wine-Beer Shop on Los Gatos Planners' Agenda

The Los Gatos Planning Commission meets at 7 p.m. tonight, Wednesday, July 24 at Town Council Chambers, 110 E. Main St., to consider the following items:

• Property owner Showers Park, LLC. and applicant Cathy Hancock are requesting a conditional-use permit for a pilates studio at 656 No. Santa Cruz Ave. suite B, on property zoned C-1, or neighborhood commercial.
• Applicants Joseph Prang and Christine Tran are requesting a conditional-use permit for a retail wine and beer shop with tastings at 16212 Los Gatos Blvd., on property zoned CH, or highway commercial zone.
• Property owner Amelia Gemini Investments, LLC. and applicant Richard Hartman are requesting approval to subdivide one parcel into three lots at 146 Gemini Court to demolish two single-family residences and construct three single-family residences.
