Public Safety Career Fair Planned This Weekend In The South Bay
Dozens of police and fire agencies from around the region are recruiting and will host a career fair Saturday in the South Bay.
SAN JOSE, CA — Residents interested in embarking on a career in public safety will have a chance to learn more about how to get started this weekend at the Public Safety Carrier Fair in Jose.
Hosted by the South Bay Regional Public Safety Training Consortium, police, sheriff and fire agencies from dozens of Bay Area jurisdictions will be tabling at the event, including recruiters from around the East Bay, South Bay and Peninsula.
The San Jose Police Department will give a background presentation, and the Milpitas Polie Department is slated to do a medevac vehicle demonstration.
