Saratoga High School Ranks Among Top Five In CA: Report

Saratoga came in third, behind San Diego's Canyon Crest Academy and Palo Alto's Henry M. Gunn High School.

SARATOGA, CA — Saratoga High School in the Los Gatos-Saratoga Joint Union High School District is among the top public high schools in California, according to Niche’s 2022 rankings.

Saratoga came in third, behind San Diego’s Canyon Crest Academy and Palo Alto's Henry M. Gunn High School.

The methodology for 2022 was adjusted to de-emphasize SAT and ACT scores, according to Niche. The factor for test scores was decreased by a third to account for socioeconomic and racial disparities resulting from standardized tests and the number of schools making tests optional.
