“Our Bay Area footprint keeps growing as we join the vibrant line up of shopping and dining at Westfield Valley Fair,” said Andrew McCaughan, Chief Development Officer of Shake Shack. “With heightened attention to the health and safety of our guests, our team at the Valley Fair Shack is ready to serve our famous ShackBurgers to the Santa Clara community.”
The Valley Fair Shack is open with a limited menu but will feature all the classics, including the
ShackBurger®, crinkle-cut fries and hand-spun shakes.
The Shack is also open with limited time offers including a seasonal Pumpkin Shake, made with real Libby’s Pumpkin, and Shake Shack’s ‘Hot’ menu featuring a fiery fan favorite, Hot Chick’n and new Hot Spicy Cheese Fries.

To ensure the safety of its customers, Shake Shack has been adapting all Shacks to ensure the safety of our guests and team members. The Valley Fair Shack will be doubling down on the comprehensive health and safety protocols already in place, and introducing some extra requirements.
Those include requiring team members to undergo health checks before every shift and wear a face mask and gloves at all times, providing hand sanitizer stations for guests, sealing packaging for all to-go orders and more.
