SAN JOSE, CA — Investigators in Santa Clara County have arrested a man they allege is responsible for a targeted shooting in unincorporated San Jose. The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office said the Feb. 12 shooting left the victim with serious injuries on Laswell Avenue near Parkmoor Avenue. On Monday, members of the Fugitive Apprehension &amp; Surveillance Team arrested a suspect identified as Cody Neese, 30, of San Jose. SAN JOSE, CA — Investigators in Santa Clara County have arrested a man they allege is responsible for a targeted shooting in unincorporated San Jose.

The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office said the Feb. 12 shooting left the victim with serious injuries on Laswell Avenue near Parkmoor Avenue.
