South Bay Indecent Exposure Victim A 4-Year-Old Child: Cops

PALO ALTO, CA — A Peninsula man accused of exposing himself to a 4-year-old has been arrested Friday, the Palo Alto Police Department said.

Officers at around 1:36 p.m. Friday responded to the report of an indecent exposure incident that just occurred at El Camino Park (155 El Camino Real), police said.

The caller reported that the suspect had fled westbound through the park and was last seen hopping the fence onto the rail right-of-way.
Responding officers located Taylor-Fox riding a bicycle in the 100 block of Alma Street and detained him, police said.

Officers noted his pants were not buttoned and his zipper was down, according to police.
The victim was at the park with father who was getting their dog some water when the father noticed his son talking to the suspect, who was not known to them, at an adjacent table.
“The father then noticed that the suspect’s penis was exposed and that the suspect was touching himself while talking to the boy,” police said.
“The father immediately starting yelling at the suspect, who then ran away eastbound through the park.”
