Stolen Dog Reunited With Owner After San Jose Robbery; 3 Arrested
Two Milpitas men and a San Jose woman are accused of stealing a dog and personal belongings at gunpoint during a June robbery.

SAN JOSE, CA — A French bulldog is home safe nearly three months after the pup was stolen at gunpoint during a robbery in San Jose. The police department shared the update on the case Monday after taking three suspects into custody whom investigators linked to the June 22 armed robbery.
According to police, the trio held the victim at gunpoint and escaped with their dog and personal belongings from the 2000 block of Southwest Expressway. The suspects had cleared the area before officers arrived, kicking off a lengthy investigation by the department's robbery unit.
Detectives canvassed the neighborhood and were able to obtain surveillance footage that helped investigators identify each of the three suspects and get warrants for their arrest.

Earlier this month, SJPD's covert response unit successfully found and detained all three suspects in San Jose. Police said searches of their homes and vehicles netted multiple firearms, including a "ghost gun." Officers found the French bulldog uninjured during the search and successfully reunited the dog with its rightful owner.
All three suspects were booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail on suspicion of multiple crimes. Police identified them as:
