Tracy Man Accused Of Stabbing 2 During In-N-Out Brawl In Santa Clara
Police said videos from the public helped them identify a suspect in the case, who was one of the people detained initially on Friday.

SANTA CLARA, CA — A man accused of stabbing two people during a large melee inside a Santa Clara In-N-Out Burger has been identified and arrested, police announced Monday.
Officers rushed to the restaurant late Friday on reports of a large fight involving at least 10 people inside the In-N-Out on Mission College Boulevard. Officers detained multiple people involved in the brawl and determined that two people suffered multiple stab wounds.
In an update shared Monday, police said video from the public helped detectives identify the suspect as Gage Bryand, 27, of Tracy. Police said Bryand was one of the people initially detained Friday and was already in custody at the Santa Clara County Main Jail.

He is accused of attempted murder and resisting arrest. The two victims were rushed to a local hospital for treatment.
