Malibu Patch is celebrating its first birthday today. Also celebrating a first birthday is Charlotte June Marcus. She is the daughter of Dr. Carolina Marcus and Dr. Jonathan Marcus, who has been Malibu Patch editor Jonathan Friedman's good friend since they were in kindergarten.
The Marcuses live in Rochester, N.Y. and are loyal readers of Malibu Patch. Charlotte likes the pictures.
The attached picture shows Friedman holding Charlotte in January on she and Malibu Patch's one-month birthday. A more recent photo of the entire Marcus family is also attached.
