Friday is the deadline to purchase a banner to support costs related to the celebration planned for the Grand Re-Opening of the .
Residents and businesses are invited to purchase banners that will be hung along Pacific Coast Highway in the weeks leading up to the celebration in April. The banners can be personalized (up to 40 characters) and cost $250 per individual or family and $500 for a business. The banners will be returned to the sponsor following the re-opening of the library.
