Residents of cities in the Las Virgenes-Malibu Council of Governments (Malibu, Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Hidden Hills and Westlake Village) are being asked to take part in a survey about disaster preparedness.
"The data gathered will be used to help local officials better plan for disasters as well as communicate with citizens and educate residents on mitigation steps to reduce the risk of loss," the website featuring the survey states.
