
The Southern California Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics is sponsoring Polar Plunges at Zuma Beach, Malibu & Castaic Lake on Feb.18, Â to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics.Â
What: Anyone can plunge – young and old – into the Pacific Ocean or Castaic Lake to raise funds for Special Olympics.Â

Why: The Polar Plunges will raise funds for Special Olympics Southern California to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.Â
