Collision Closes PCH Near Malibu Pier

MALIBU, CA — A traffic collision closed a lane on state Route 1, the Pacific Coast Highway near the Malibu Pier Monday afternoon.

The crash closed one eastbound lane around 12:46 p.m., according to the city of Malibu. The lane was expected to reopen within 30-45 minutes.

It was not immediately clear if there were any injuries.

There was significant traffic on PCH Monday afternoon in both directions.
