How do you know the first responder?

Captain Malcolm Dicks save my life on January 7 when he rescued me from the Palisades fire from my car, which was stranded on a boulder in a big rock Malibu. I got lost driving out of my neighborhood and ended up on the side of a cliff. My husband couldn’t find me and we got down to PCH begging for a fireman to come rescue and find me all the other fireman said no. Captain Malcolm was the only one wanting to come risk his life to save mine. If it hadn’t been for him, I would’ve died. You can Google my story by looking up my name, Patty Phillips, Malibu, Fire or Malibu Woman Fire to see the whole story.
