Frustrated by Frontier Outages? Malibu Residents Can Contact Company's President
The company says it is making the service issues in Malibu a priority by letting residents email the West region president directly.

MALIBU, CA - Residents who are having issues with their Frontier service now has a direct way to communicate their frustration, the Malibu city manager said.
Since Frontier Communications took over Verizon’s FiOs in April, customers have complained of outages that would, at times, take days to restore.
The city has been working with Frontier to assist those experiencing issues with their telephone, Internet and TV services, according to the City Manager’s Office.

Frontier says it is making the service issues in Malibu a priority and the company’s West Region President Melinda White has offered a way for customers to directly communicate with her by sending an email to her at LetMelindaKnow@FTR.com.
In addition, Frontier is providing the following customer service outlets for customers affected by the outage:
