Houston, who suffered an emotional breakdown seven years ago, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs near Malibu.
R&B singer Houston Summers, 28, was arrested last week on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs near Malibu, according to reports.
Houston, who tried to gouge his own eye out with a fork in 2005 during an emotional breakdown, is accused of driving erractically near Malibu on Wednesday, according to TMZ.com.
He was arrested on suspicion of DUI and was released on bail the next day.
