Major Road Work Expected on PCH
One southbound lane on Pacific Coast Highway, starting at Encinal Canyon Road, will be closed on Monday.

Traffic delays are expected on a stretch of Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, starting on Monday.
The Caltrans paving project will close the right lane on southbound PCH, starting at Encinal Canyon Road, according to Olivia Damavandi, the city's media information officer.
The project is set from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. from July 23-27, Damavandi said.

Residents in the 31000 to 32000 blocks of PCH are advised to not park vehicles in driveways as they may not be able to exit onto the highway, she said.
Caltrans plans to continue paving to Broad Beach Road in the near future.
