Missing Malibu Man Lives In Palisades Fire Zone; Last Seen 10 Days Ago

A man who lives within the area impacted by the Palisades Fire was last seen 10 days ago, deputies said Friday.

MALIBU, CA — A 73-year-old Malibu man who lives within the Palisades Fire zone remains missing ten days after he last had contact with friends and family, deputies said on Friday.

Eric Wilson Wall last had contact with his loved ones on Jan. 7 at 11:30 p.m. He was last seen on the 2000 block of Rambla Pacifico Street, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said.

Wall "resides in a fire zone and may be displaced due to the Palisades Fire. His friends and family are concerned for his well-being," deputies said.

Wall is a 6-foot-tall white man who weighs 160 pounds. He has shoulder-length gray hair and hazel eyes.

There were 12 active missing persons cases within the Palisades Fire area as of Thursday night, according to the sheriff and Los Angeles police chief.
