Mr. Chow Prepares for New Years Eve Opening
Malibu's newest upscale restaurant will kick off the New Year with a special celebration.
Mr. Chow will celebrate its official opening in Malibu on New Years Eve with a special menu and entertainment.
The first seating will begin at 6 p.m. followed by a second at 9 p.m. Monday, Dec. 31 at the restauarant's location at the Malibu Country Mart, according to a spokeswoman for the shopping center.
A fixed menu posted on Mr. Chow's website promises upscale Beijing cuisine, including fresh lobster, ma mignon, water dumplings and oyster mushrooms.

The cost of the first seating is $95 and the second seating is $250.
Mr. Chow took the place of Nobu at the Malibu Country Mart. Mr. Chow has other locations in Beverly Hills, London, Miami, Las Vegas and New York.
