New Column to Feature Unique Malibu Homes

Malibu Patch will be publishing a new column featuring unique homes for sale in Malibu. This new column will feature properties with a story in an effort to show what makes the Malibu real estate market so special. 

Starting soon, Malibu Patch columnist Beverly Taki will feature a property bi-monthly. In the past, Beverly, a California-licensed real estate broker who has represented clients in Malibu for 22 years, has written about issues that impact Malibu’s real estate market. To do this, Malibu Patch needs your involvement. If your neighbor, friend or family member’s home has an interesting story, let us know. The same goes for local real estate agents. You are welcome to submit properties you represent. We will include photos of the home, your name, your company and a link to your website.
