PCH Lane in Santa Monica to Close
The lane will close for several hours Thursday and Friday so storm drains can be cleaned.

Caltrans will close one southbound lane of Pacific Coast Highway between the California Incline and the Santa Monica Pier on Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Delays are possible.
The purpose of the closure is to allow workers to remove mud, sand and gravel from nearby storm drains, according to a Caltrans press release.
"Apparently, concrete was poured into the storm drains by an unknown entity," the release states. "A Caltrans storm water robot camera crew will inspect the drains after they are cleared to assess the extent of damage."
