PCH Road Closures In Malibu Friday For Pavement Work

Caltrans on Friday will conduct paving work on the Pacific Coast Highway, which could cause slowdowns.

MALIBU, CA — One lane on the state Route 1, Pacific Coast Highway, will be closed Friday in Malibu for California Department of Transportation paving work.

The no. 2 lane of PCH will be closed from Zumirez Drive to Zuma Place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, according to Caltrans.

Caltrans worked on pavement repairs throughout the week on PCH in Malibu around La Herran Road, which prompted one lane closure on PCH from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday.
